5 Day Desert Tour From Fes To Marrakech With Erg Chebbi Camel Trekking:

Our driver will pick you up at your riad / hotel in Fes at 8:00 am. Departure to Merzouga, Erg Chebbi sand dunes. During the journey of about 8 hours, crossing the Atlas mountains up to the largest oases of southern Morocco, Tafilalet, whose members include several palm trees and two of the main towns Saharan, Erfoud and Rissani. There are many stops along the way: in the Alpine town of Ifrane, the cedar forest of Azrou where are the monkeys, in Midelt for lunch and in the Valley of Ziz in the sights with breathtaking views of the palm trees, a green valley in the middle Sahara. After breakfast, trek in dromedary and return to the hotel for a quick shower. Let the Saharan dunes of Erg Chebbi for a ride off-road through the hamada (black desert) to the city of Rissani, with optional tour of the bustling local market. The aim then north to Erfoud, famous for fossils; here you can stop to visit a laboratory of fossils before continuing on to the impressive canyon Toudra, known for rock climbing, where you can also walk in the river, before arriving at the hotel. After breakfast we start the journey down the road of a Thousand Kasbah, full of great kasbah on both sides. Some of these ancient fortified houses have been restored, but unfortunately many of them are in ruins.
